Reveal X Fitness by The Reveal Co. allows dancers to delve into cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and mobility training. In dance, we push our bodies to their limits. We ask for strength behind our arms, power in our jumps, mobility in our movements, and more. We ask for all this day in and day out and can sometimes neglect the training required to maintain and build these skills.

This is why Reveal X Fitness was created, training targeted for dancers to allow our bodies to do amazing things while allowing longevity.

Schedule:

8:00 am - Warmup and Stretch

8:30 am - Reveal X Fitness Class (Featuring: Full Body Strength Session + Cardio)

9:15 am - Reveal Technique Class

(Focus Area: Kicks & Turns)

9:45 am - Morning Tea Break

10:00 am - Time with the Animals

10:30 am - End of Reveal X Fitness
