The Reveal Intensive

The Reveal Intensive is a carefully crafted day that combines dance, mindset, and nature to help young artists foster and reveal their potential.

The first Reveal Intensive was held in January 2024, featuring half-day Junior and Senior sessions. After amazing feedback and students left wanting more, we launched The Reveal Co. excitingly bringing in April 2024, January 2025, and January 2026, the second, third, and fourth editions of The Reveal Intensive. Featuring a full-day Junior and Senior session over two days.

We were overwhelmed by the amazing support and feedback we received and can’t wait to hold our next Reveal Intensive.

About The Reveal Intensive

Held at the breathtaking Cabarita Beach Farm, participants can join like-minded individuals to experience dance differently.

The studio space has no mirrors, allowing students to connect with their bodies and experience a mind-to-muscle connection. Taking away this aspect helps students escape the pressures the presence of a mirror can bring and truly connect with the movements and shapes.

Throughout the day, students take various classes of different styles, working on versatility, performance quality, musicality, and technique. As well as the ability to learn and retain choreography at a faster pace.

A big part of The Reveal Intensive is our goal-setting and mindset discussions. This is a beautiful moment where students can stop for a second and remember why they love to dance. During this time, we set short-term and long-term goals. Creating these goals allows students to reflect on how far they have come and where they want to go. Highlighting their strengths and aspects they can work on to unlock their fullest potential.

Another aspect of The Reveal Intensive that the students love is our time with the animals. This includes sheep, cows, and chickens, along with sometimes bottle-feeding the baby calves. The Cabarita Beach Farm is a breathtaking property that provides multiple spots outside for students to pause and connect with nature.

Lunch and afternoon tea are provided by us and locally catered. Providing participants with fresh and yummy food, along with some fresh juice, fruit, and snacks to enjoy.

Reveal X Fitness ~ April 24 Reveal X Fitness has officially launched and we are so excited to see how it will evolve. Strength training is so important for dancers to aid injury prevention, improve execution and allow longevity. Dancers are athletes and it is important we train like athletes! Reveal X Fitness focus is to educate dancers on how strength/resistance training can directly correlate to their dancing. Teaching them how to perform exercises with correct technique and educating on the targeted muscle groups. Allowing them to transform their training to incorporate strength/resistance training, cardio, active stretching, flexibility training and recovery. Thank you to the dancers that came to our first ever class. ~ T

The Reveal Intensive day is carefully scheduled in the hopes that each dancer walks away learning and taking something with them from the day. The schedule below is used in both our JNR and Snr full-day sessions. Please note that each Intensive is unique, so the schedule will vary slightly.
